Group medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, long and short-term disability, long- term care, an employee assistance program, and flexible spending accounts. You will be benefits eligible the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
401(k) Profit-Sharing Plan.
Paid-Time-Off (PTO) for vacations and/or incidental illness. Your PTO accrual is determined by hours worked. You will be eligible to accrue up to 200 hours of PTO during your first year of employment.
Ten paid holidays per year which includes 3 "flex-days."
Paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO). Full-time associates will be afforded eight (8) firm-paid community service hours per year to use at their discretion.
Robust Wellbeing Program. $300 Lifestyle spending account toward your overall wellbeing, as well as a $300 Wellness rewards for obtaining your annual wellness physical.
Business Expense Reimbursement. Business cell phone reimbursement is role-dependent and will be granted monthly upon submission of supporting documentation. Any travel and other business-related expenses will be reimbursed at 100% of the actual amounts.
Professional Designation Program. While earning a designation is your choice, the Firm supports and encourages your efforts. To demonstrate our commitment to your professional growth, CSH offers several benefits and incentives for obtaining a relevant professional designation.
